What Is the LBA 2-Day Ride-Along Actually Like? A Real Student's Experience

Tim runs IDTheLeak.com in Jacksonville, Florida. He drove down to Palm Beach for the 2-Day Field Ride-Along -- hands-on training on live pool leak jobs, not a classroom. He came to learn the H.U.N.T.E.R. Method and left able to teach it back.

What Tim Trained On

Two days, one real job site, every core skill

The "Speed of Light" Method

The Ride-Along isn't a demo where Tim watched Jeff work. Once a skill was covered, Tim taught it back -- out loud, on the job site, in his own words. Teaching a lesson back is one of the fastest ways to find out if it actually stuck, and it's built into how LBA runs every Ride-Along.

It's also why two days in the field covers more ground than most students expect. Tim left having evaluated a pool from the outside and gone underwater to inspect it himself, not just watched someone else do both.

After the Ride-Along

Back Home in Jacksonville, Working It Himself

This isn't training footage. It's Tim on a real job for ID The Leak in Jacksonville, working pool leak detection on his own after finishing the Ride-Along. Two days in Palm Beach, then straight into his own business applying it.

In His Own Words

What Tim Has to Say About the Training

"If you're thinking about leak detection for pools and you want to gain the confidence and the understanding, spend the two days."

-- Tim Charbano, ID The Leak

"You broke it down easy... when you're immersed with it, you don't know what you're learning and what you're just getting experience on."

-- Tim, on the training approach

"Since... after taking class."

-- Tim, on how long he's been doing pool leak detection

"Getting the confidence, the training, understanding, and then having that... it's a great aspect of this training."

-- Tim, on the Ride-Along and ongoing community
