He switched to the night shift so he could work the business during the day, run inspections on his days off, and learn the trade the hard way.

In 2008, the economic crash hit and AAA Leak Masters didn’t survive.
That “winter season” taught Jeff the lessons most business owners learn only after years of painful experience.

Later, Jeff rebuilt from the ground up.
That rebuilt business became Leak & Subsurface Locators, which quickly grew to nearly half a million dollars a year in under three years by focusing on quality work, consistent systems, and honest customer service.

Jeff’s technical experience, leadership skills, and real-world business results make him one of the most practical and qualified instructors in the pool leak detection industry.
