These terms govern your use of the Leak Business Academy website (www.leakbusinessacademy.com) and any products or training programs you purchase from us. By purchasing a product or booking a training program, you agree to these terms.
Leak Business Academy is operated by Leak and Subsurface Locators, LLC, West Palm Beach, Florida.
A two-day, in-person field training experience in West Palm Beach, Florida. Students work alongside Jeff David on live residential pool leak detection jobs. This is a hands-on, field-based program -- not a classroom or video course. Students are responsible for their own travel, lodging, and meals.
Scheduling is handled by phone at 954-290-5177. A confirmed booking requires verbal confirmation with our office. Availability is limited.
A pre-recorded digital workshop covering the H.U.N.T.E.R. Method for pool leak detection. Delivered digitally through Stan Store with instant access upon purchase. Includes lifetime access to the purchased version.

LBA training teaches pool leak detection skills and methods developed from Jeff David's field experience. We do not guarantee any specific business results, income levels, or employment outcomes from completing any LBA training program. Results depend on individual skill, effort, local market conditions, and prior experience. Any references to how specialists work or what the field offers are general descriptions, not promises of typical results.
LBA training is designed for working pool service professionals with prior pool systems experience. The 2-Day Ride-Along is not suitable for individuals with no pool industry background. By purchasing or booking, you confirm that you have the relevant experience to benefit from the training.
LBA training is intended for participants 18 years of age or older.
All LBA course materials, including the H.U.N.T.E.R. Method framework, manuals, workshop content, and written resources, are the intellectual property of Leak and Subsurface Locators, LLC. Purchased materials are licensed for your personal professional use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, shared publicly, or used to create competing training materials.
Digital product purchases are processed through Stan Store (stan.store). Stan Store's terms of service and privacy policy govern transactions made on their platform. Ride-Along payments, if applicable, are handled separately -- contact our office for details.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Leak and Subsurface Locators, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of LBA training materials or the application of training content in your business. Your use of LBA training is at your own professional discretion.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or purchase of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
