This report reflects the observations and testing performed on the date of inspection based on visible conditions and the diagnostic methods used at that time. Pool leak detection is an investigative process that relies on professional judgment, available testing methods, and site conditions present during the inspection.
Not all leaks or defects may be detectable during a single inspection. Underground plumbing, concealed structural components, and other hidden conditions may exist that cannot be seen or evaluated without excavation, demolition, or additional invasive procedures. The absence of identified leaks during this inspection does not guarantee that leaks or defects are not present.
Water loss may be influenced by multiple factors including evaporation, splash-out, equipment operation, plumbing conditions, structural movement, or environmental factors. Conditions may change over time after the inspection is completed.
Any recommendations or repair estimates provided in this report are based on conditions observed at the time of the inspection and the technician's professional opinion. Final repair methods, scope of work, and costs may change once repairs begin or once concealed conditions are exposed.
This report is intended for documentation of the inspection performed and should not be interpreted as a guarantee, warranty, or certification of the pool structure, plumbing system, or equipment.
