No Evidence Observed → Monitor and Retest
The report found no active leak evidence in the tested areas. Specific conditions for a follow-up evaluation are established.
Limited Visit → Return When Conditions Permit
The evaluation was limited by conditions -- water clarity, inaccessible fittings, safety concerns. The customer is informed of exactly what conditions must change before a complete evaluation is possible and what a follow-up visit would cover.
Post-Repair Verification -- Closing the Loop
Even experienced professionals miss leaks occasionally. Even repairs that appear complete sometimes address only part of the loss. Verification after repair -- running a bucket test or water level comparison under the same conditions as the original evaluation -- is what confirms the job is actually closed.
